Happy New Year!!
As with every January, I have to start with a blog post rounding up everything that I've been up to over the past year! - and 2019 was definitely a good one!
With my business still growing yearly, Iast year I photographed more than I ever have before! With over 25 weddings, many engagement shoots, family shoots and newborns - and this year I also added in studio style shoots and Christmas Mini sessions too which have gone down really well!
Again, it's been an incredible year with lots of travelling around the Midlands to so many gorgeous venues, meeting amazing couples and families and getting to capture so many amazing memories!
So I would like to thank everyone who has asked me to be their photographer, told a friend about my work or just liked a post online - I really appreciate all the love and am always grateful to have a job I love!!
Now let's take a look at the photos that were liked the most this year -

' ... and I’m back! ✈️ Well i technically got back this morning but have spent the day sorting the holiday clothes, food shopping and going through all of my emails - over the last week I took 4 new wedding bookings for 2019,2020 and 2021!! 🎉 And I couldn’t resist editing a few of the photographs I took at my friends wedding last week in beautiful Sorrento 😍 Thought I would share a photo of myself and my other half for once - it’s very rare on here! 😂❤️'

' Had to share this one from my editing screen today.. when the drunk bridesmaid comes to join in with the couples shoot 😂😂😂... then as she is ushered back inside manages to smash a glass of wine right in the doorway, tries to pick it up but the automatic doors keep shutting on her 🍷😂 (Couldn’t resist capturing a photo of the aftermath!)
This is one of the reasons I love photographing weddings because you can never predict what will happen 😂😂😂 @ The Mill Barns Exclusive Use No Corkage Countryside Wedding Venue & Rooms '
