Say Hello to the New Studio!

After months of dreaming, planning, painting, and a few too many trips to B&Q, I’m so excited to finally share some big news – Grace Nicole Studio now has its very own home! We're saying goodbye the the kitchen studio, and hello to the garden studio! Tucked away in my garden, my brand-new studio cabin is a light-filled, cosy space designed especially for newborn, maternity, and milestone sessions. It’s been created with comfort in mind – a calm little retreat where parents can relax with a cup of tea while I capture those fleeting, magical moments you’ll want to treasure forever.

To celebrate this new chapter, I’ve got two exciting things to share:

When I photographed my very first newborn session, it was just me, my camera, and a simple white backdrop. I still remember the nerves (and excitement!) as I carefully positioned that tiny bundle, praying they’d stay asleep long enough for me to get “the shot.”

Back then, my “studio” was wherever I could make it work, sometimes the living room, sometimes moving furniture around to find the best light. Eventually, I started welcoming families into my kitchen, chatting over cups of tea while I set up, and slowly building a little corner of the business that I loved more than I could have imagined.

Over time, something really special started to happen – families began coming back. I’d photograph a newborn, then a sitter session, then their first birthday. I’d see familiar little faces year after year, growing up in front of my lens. And somewhere along the way, a dream began to form…

I started picturing a space just for my sessions, somewhere cosy and welcoming, with everything to hand, where parents could relax while I captured those first precious memories. For a while, it felt like just that - a dream. I wasn’t quite sure what it would look like or when it would happen.

Then, I had my own little girl. Suddenly, that dream felt different. I understood on a whole new level just how precious those first moments are and how important it is to have a calm, comfortable space to capture them. So, I decided to take the leap.

Fast-forward through months of planning, choosing every little detail, painting walls, running electrics, and assembling furniture... and here we are!

My brand new garden studio is officially open!

This little studio has been years in the making, and I can’t wait to welcome you in.
