Christmas Mini Shoots 2025

I can hardly believe I’m saying this…

but it’s time to talk about CHRISTMAS!

(my favourite time of the year!)


From Sunday 5th October at 10am, bookings will open for this year’s

Christmas Mini Sessions – and I can’t wait to welcome you all into my new studio for one of my favourite annual traditions.



You can look forward to the usual Milk & Cookies Christmas Theme, but with a warm & cosy feel this year. Expect rustic brown tones, lots of greenery, twinkling lights and just the most cosy Christmas feel. The styling is warm, minimal & timeless - perfect for creating portraits you will treasure forever.


When & Where?

With the new studio comes even more booking slots available this year, so we have 2 full weekends and some weekday availability too!

  • Saturday 25th October

  • Sunday 26th October

  • Tuesday 28th October

  • Thursday 30th October

  • Saturday 1st November

  • Sunday 2nd November


All sessions will take place in my cosy garden studio in Burbage, Leicestershire. With plenty of parking available and a little park area just across the road too!


Please note: due to space, sessions are suitable for up to four children per booking


What's Included?

Each mini session includes:

  • A relaxed 20-minute photoshoot in my cosy Christmas studio

  • A private online gallery to view and choose your favourites

  • 3 high-resolution downloads included (with the option to purchase more!)


The full shoot price is £60, with booking available here from 10am on Sunday 5th October. Full payment is required to secure your slot, however £20 of this is a non-refundable booking fee. So if for any reason you are unable to make your shoot you will receive at £40 refund.


These shoots are the perfect opportunity to get some gorgeous keepsakes of your little ones at Christmas, which you can also use to create personalised Christmas cards or gifts - like framed prints, canvases and wall art! Personal gifts can mean so much more than just a candle or box of chocolates - and they really do stand the test of time, you can add them to your decorations and enjoy watching how your family grows and changes each year!

Here's an example of what to expect


All sessions will be in my studio with a 'Milk & Cookies' theme, in a gorgeous festive colour palette of rustic browns and lush green garlands. A minimalistic studio style shoot with gorgeous little festive touches, you can bring your little ones in their favourite Christmas jumper, a cute pair of pj's or just something smart!! The shoot will be full of festivities, playing with baubles, enjoying some milk and cookies.. and there will be Christmas music throughout (with plenty of crazy dance moves from me I'm sure!)

I know lots of people don’t want to think about Christmas just yet, but trust me – getting your session booked early means one less thing to worry about later. By holding these sessions in October & November, you’ll have your photographs ready well before December, so you can focus on enjoying all the festive fun – putting up the tree, watching Christmas films, and drinking hot chocolate to your heart’s content.


But remember, there are limited slots available on all days so be sure to grab yours if you’re keen to secure some professional family portraits to use for Christmas photoshoot gifts.


If you're still questioning why Christmas portraits are so important... I want to leave you with one last thing - the reason why I decided to do these mini's in the first place.

It really hit home. I’ve photographed engagements, weddings, first babies, and growing families - and every year things change so quickly. These sessions are about pausing time for just a moment, capturing the joy and excitement of your little ones at Christmas.

(And maybe also because I’m a bit of a Christmas-loving lunatic myself!)
